Questions at the time of booking:
- Question 1: If you are traveling with preschool or elementary school children, please enter their ages in the remarks section. If not, please enter None.
- Question 2: Wetsuit rentals are available for JPY 1,000 per person. If you wish to rent one, please submit your request by 15:00 on the day before the tour. Please provide your gender, height, and weight when contacting us. Please note that a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for wetsuit rental cancellations on the day of the tour. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Regarding tour cancellation:
- As this activity depends on nature, we may contact you to cancel or reschedule due to sudden changes in sea conditions. No cancellation fees will be charged in such cases.
Notes for course participation:
- - Please be aware that if you are significantly late on the day of the tour, it may be treated as a cancellation with a 100% fee. - Minors must be accompanied by a guardian. Guardians may observe from the beach for free.

What to wear and bring: Towel, Swimsuit or clothes you don't mind getting wet (wear), Rash guard, Beach sandals. We provide a free valuables box (for cell phones and wallets), but please note that it cannot hold a change of clothes.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
