Questions regarding reservations:

Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• The tour may be canceled if weather or sea conditions deteriorate. In that case, the full plan fee will be refunded.

Important notes regarding course participation:

• ・Children must be accompanied by a guardian. ・Minors participating alone require parental consent. ・Participation is possible even during menstruation. Please consult us if you have any health concerns. ・Pregnant women or those who may be pregnant are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. ・Those who have consumed alcohol on the day of participation, or who are severely hungover, are not permitted to participate for safety reasons. ・In the event of bad weather or sea conditions, the captain reserves the right to cancel the trip for safety reasons. Depending on the situation, the trip may be canceled just before departure, so we ask for your understanding. There will be no cancellation fee if the boat is canceled for the reasons mentioned above. ・Cancellation fees may apply for cancellations due to customer reasons. ・A doctor's certificate is required for those with any of the following medical histories. (Diabetes, high blood pressure, asthma, allergy symptoms, pneumothorax, bronchitis, claustrophobia, acrophobia, epilepsy, palpitations, heart disease, heart attack, angina pectoris, arrhythmia, decompression sickness, alcoholism, pneumonia, brain disease, lung disease)

• ★Participants must be 6 years of age or older and weigh at least 20 kg. ★Regarding bringing mobile phones and cameras: You may bring mobile phones and cameras on the boat or during the flight, provided they are secured with a strap to prevent them from falling. However, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage due to dropping or landing in the water. Therefore, we recommend taking photos from the boat whenever possible. *If you wish to take photos during the flight, please be sure to attach a strap or use a waterproof case. *The use of selfie sticks is not permitted. *Please be aware that you may get splashed with water on the boat.
