- Karuizawa Prince Hotel Ski Resort is one of the most accessible ski destinations from Tokyo, reachable in about 1 hour by Shinkansen. The slopes and snow park are well-maintained, ensuring a great experience for both beginners and intermediate skiers. The ski season starts in November, and the cold air allows snow machines to produce high-quality snow. The expansive resort area at the base of the slopes includes the Prince Hotel and a large shopping mall.

- Palcall Tsumagoi Ski Resort features wide, well-groomed long runs, making it a dream destination for skiers. Known for having one of Asia's largest top-tier terrain parks, it is perfect for beginner and intermediate skiers. Its proximity to Tokyo makes it a convenient choice for family activities and weekend trips. You can stay at the ski-in/ski-out hotel and enjoy the complete facilities. A major highlight of Palcall is the high-speed lift that takes you to the resort's highest point at 2,100 meters. From the top, you can enjoy a spectacular 4.2 km run back to the ski center. You can also take the Sunrise Lift after 06:30 to enjoy the stunning sunrise over Mount Azumaya.

- If you're unsure how to rent equipment for the first time, it's recommended to arrive at the ski resort an hour in advance. You can also ask an instructor to accompany you, but you'll need to factor in their service time.
- When children are being taught alongside adults, please prioritize teaching children for a better service experience.
- Cancellation is free up to 15 days before the reservation date. Cancellation within 15 days will result in a full refund except for force majeure events (such as pandemics or disasters), in which case a handling fee will be deducted. No refund will be given for cancellations due to personal reasons. Please be aware of this policy.

Extended Lesson Fees
If you wish to extend the lesson on the same day, the fee is 30,000 yen for every 2 hours of instruction. Please pay the instructor directly in Japanese yen cash.
Reminders
A minimum of 1 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
There is no minimum group size for private ski lessons. Full refund for cancellations made at least 15 days before the scheduled date. For cancellations within 15 days, a handling fee will be charged, except in cases of force majeure such as pandemics or natural disasters. Participants must be 5 years old or older. When children and adults are in the same lesson, we recommend prioritizing the child's learning experience.
If you are a beginner and do not know how to rent equipment, the instructor can accompany you, but this time will be counted as part of your lesson hours. We recommend arriving at the resort one hour early to rent your equipment.
The instructor will contact you before the lesson to confirm the schedule and relevant details. Please provide a reachable phone number, email address, or SNS account (e.g., LINE, WeChat) when booking to ensure you receive the confirmation and the instructor can reach you.
