Traffic congestion is likely during the Christmas lights season. Although this has been taken into account, arrival times may still vary or be delayed.
Please always wear your seatbelt while traveling and do not unfasten it without the instruction of a staff member.
Please take appropriate precautions based on the temperature and weather. Please take precautions against the cold in winter and the sun in summer. Do not touch roadside branches and leaves, as this is very dangerous. Please note that wind and rain may wet your clothes, or your personal belongings (such as hats) may be blown off the vehicle.
Children must be accompanied by a guardian when traveling. Only plastic bottles and water bottles are permitted. Seating is reserved; please use the same seat for the entire journey from departure to arrival. Seats are located on the second deck of the bus; seat reservations are not accepted.
<Regarding Operations in Rainy Weather> Stairs can become slippery; please exercise caution when going up and down stairs. Please note that there may be dripping water when passing trees or through tunnels during rainy weather and immediately after rain. Operations may be suspended depending on the company's assessment in the event of strong winds, heavy rain, snowfall, thunderstorms, or other severe weather that may impair safe operation, or when an alert is issued for the 23 wards of Tokyo.
<Prohibited Activities> Using umbrellas (including sun umbrellas), leaving your seat while the vehicle is in motion, raising your hands or sticking your hands out of the vehicle, eating, smoking (including e-cigarettes and smokeless tobacco), and taking photos with a selfie stick.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
