Staff will lead everyone to the sightseeing bus parking area about 10 minutes before departure; the process was quite smooth. The tour includes live Japanese audio guides, while other languages are presented via pre-recorded audio files. While the information is comprehensive, the real-time interaction is slightly lacking. The route covers major landmarks such as Tokyo Station, Imperial Palace, and Tokyo Tower. Compared to walking, taking the bus allows for a more complete view of the city. Overall, the tour is relaxed, with a clear itinerary, making it particularly suitable for families or travelers who want to quickly familiarize themselves with Tokyo.

I've been back many times. I usually go on weekday evenings. It's quiet, not crowded, and everyone is very well-mannered, so it's a very comfortable place to be. The staff are also polite and helpful. This time I went on a Friday. The performance and attentiveness of the woman doing the Aufguss in the sauna was wonderful.
