The owner, originally from Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture, moved to Osaka and became interested in Ehime's local cuisine. The restaurant was founded with the desire to have many people experience Ehime through its food. "Senzanki" is a local Ehime dish, similar to fried chicken. It is hand-cut and marinated overnight in a unique sauce made with ponzu juice and other ingredients, making it a time-consuming and meticulous dish. Courses that include our signature senzanki are available from 4,000 yen, including all-you-can-drink options.
The Senzanki set meal is a big hit for lunch! Choose the number of pieces you like: mini (4 pieces), small (5 pieces), medium (7 pieces), large (10 pieces), or super large (15 pieces). The super large is limited to three servings, so please order early. This is a popular choice among office workers, so if you want a big meal, come early and enjoy the 10 pieces, or if you're up for a challenge, come early and enjoy the super large 15 pieces.
Not only do we serve food, but we also offer drinks made with Ehime ingredients. Enjoy Ehime Prefecture highballs in mandarin orange, Setouchi lemon, and kiwi flavors, as well as Ehime's local sake. For an additional 1,000 yen, you can upgrade to the all-you-can-drink or course plan for a premium all-you-can-drink option, which allows you to enjoy all-you-can-drink drinks, including Ehime's local sake.
The restaurant has a nostalgic, retro atmosphere and is fully equipped with table seating. The menu was written by students at a nearby elementary school during calligraphy classes.
