The owner, originally from Tobe Town, Ehime Prefecture, moved to Osaka and became interested in Ehime's local cuisine. The restaurant was founded with the desire to have many people experience Ehime through its food. "Senzanki" is a local Ehime dish, similar to fried chicken.
