If a passenger is late and the tour is delayed, they may choose to shorten the tour or keep the tour and pay the corresponding overtime fee. To ensure a smooth trip, the driver may recommend a return time or adjust the order of the attractions, depending on traffic conditions.
If the private charter car time exceeds 10 hours, an overtime service fee of 5,000 yen per hour will be charged. Please pay it in cash to the driver at the end of the trip.
The first child seat is free of charge, and the second and subsequent child seats will be charged 2,000 yen each. Please note this when placing your order and pay the driver in cash on the day of travel.
Each vehicle has a passenger and luggage capacity limit. Please ensure you select the appropriate vehicle based on your number of passengers and luggage, and indicate the correct number of passengers and luggage when placing your order. If you exceed the vehicle capacity limit on a given day, the driver reserves the right to refuse transportation and no refund will be given.
The vehicle model is for reference only. If the specified model or color cannot be provided, a vehicle of the same level will be used instead.
If bad weather or unforeseen events affect your itinerary, customer service will proactively notify you and offer you the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund. If your trip is impacted by any force majeure event, please contact us as soon as possible and provide proof. Customer service will handle the matter at our discretion.
