When bringing your pet on the gondola, please purchase a pet ticket on site.
Please use a cage. We also have cages available for rent if you don't have one.
[Regarding service suspensions due to strong winds and lightning]
Due to strong winds or lightning, train services may be suspended as unavoidable.
Tickets used in this case are non-refundable.
[Regarding the date change]
Please contact KKday Customer Service by 6:00 PM the day before your scheduled appointment.
Please note that changes cannot be made on the day of use or after the scheduled date.
• You can change the date up to two times per purchase.
• The changed date of your visit must be within the 2026 green season operating period.

You can view your e-ticket by clicking on "View e-ticket" in the confirmation email and entering the verification code (if you are already logged in to KKday, verification is not required). When using the e-ticket, please show the smartphone with the e-ticket displayed to the on-site staff.
