Safety Note: Our electric scooters are operated entirely by the throttle (like a motorcycle throttle) and have no pedal assistance. Renters must assess their own riding ability and are responsible for safe operation.

Please check the appearance and function of the four sides of the car when picking it up. You can take photos to protect your own rights. If there is any abnormality, please replace it immediately

Possible reasons for refusal: (1) If the driver is unable to ride, the car model may be changed or the rental may be refused. (2) If the driver is under the legal age for renting a car. (3) If the driver does not carry a valid driver's license or ID. (4) If the lessee does not meet the conditions or has other concerns.

Damage to the vehicle must be compensated, and operating losses must be compensated depending on the circumstances.

The tenant is fully responsible for paying the violation fine.

In the event of an accident, full compensation must be paid and legal liability must be borne.

In case of accident or theft, please call the police and contact us.

If you need roadside assistance (e.g. if the battery runs out), you must pay for it yourself

Electric motorcycles and green-plate electric motorcycles are themselves insured with compulsory insurance, and other insurances should be purchased by yourself.
