- If you require a departure time before the standard service hours, please consult KKday customer service regarding additional fees before booking. Please note this in the "Remarks" section; the extra fee can be paid on-site.
- When booking, please provide detailed information for your pickup and drop-off locations (Name / Address / Phone Number), such as hotel names or ports. If departing from the airport, please provide your flight information.
- Please provide your LINE / WhatsApp / WeChat ID during booking. This allows our Chinese-speaking customer service team to contact you and confirm your itinerary approximately 5 days before your departure.
- The first child safety seat is provided free of charge. If you require an infant seat, please request it at the time of booking. Please note that child safety seats are not available for bus charters.
- We apologize that wheelchair-accessible vehicles are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

Private charter car overtime fee
Overtime charges will be collected directly by the driver. Any trip less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes and must be paid directly to the driver in cash.
- 5-seater: JPY 2,500/30 minutes
- 6-seater Serena: JPY 2,500/30 minutes
- 7-seater Alpha: JPY 3,000/30 minutes
- 10-seater Hiace: JPY 3,500/30 minutes
Bus:
- Minibus (19 seats): JPY 5,000/30 minutes
- Large bus (49 seats): JPY 6,500/30 minutes
Night overtime pay
Service hours are from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Any use outside these hours will incur an additional 30-minute overtime fee of JPY 1,500.
Any time less than 30 minutes will be rounded up to 30 minutes. Overtime fees for nighttime use will be collected directly by the driver and should be paid in cash.

Surcharge for remote areas: charged by region
For areas east of Nago City, Higashi-mura, and north of Kunigami-gun, an additional remote area fee will be charged in addition to the empty vehicle fee.

Bus driver meals and tips
Use within 5 hours: JPY 2,000 per vehicle/trip

Safety seat fees
The first child safety seat is free of charge. Each additional child safety seat is charged JPY 2,000 and must be paid in cash to the driver. Child safety seats are not available on the bus.
Reminders
After receiving the booking confirmation from KKday, our Chinese customer service will contact you to confirm your itinerary about 5 days before departure. Please take note.
If the road at the pick-up location is narrow and we cannot meet you at the door, you will be asked to walk a short distance to our designated location to pick up the car. Please note.
According to Japanese traffic laws, drivers cannot drive continuously for more than 2.5 hours and must have at least 30 minutes of rest time.
The private charter car departure time is based on the reservation time. Please be at the designated pick-up location on time.
Please select an appropriate private charter car duration. We cannot extend the private charter car duration on the day of the private charter car . If you do not return to the vehicle after the private charter car time, the driver has the right to unload your luggage and leave.
If the private charter car time ends early, the price difference cannot be refunded.
If the trip cannot be carried out as scheduled due to force majeure such as typhoons, earthquakes, etc., a full refund will be given.
Surcharges (child safety seats, empty vehicle fees, remote area surcharges, driver meals and tips, private charter car and overnight surcharges) must be paid in cash to the driver on the day of departure. If you refuse to pay, the driver reserves the right to refuse to board the passenger and no refund will be given.
Itinerary stops will be arranged in a logical route to avoid back-and-forth travel across different areas (e.g., going south, then north, then back south). We will plan a smooth and safe driving route based on actual road conditions.
This product is a private charter service for a single group. All passengers must board and disembark together; splitting passengers along the route or picking up/dropping off different members is not supported.
