- There are limited Chinese-speaking drivers, please book your trip in advance.
- Children under 6 years old must sit in a child seat. Please reserve an infant seat in advance if you need one.
- Please fill in the number of people and the number of large and small luggage truthfully. If the vehicle is found to be overloaded on the day, the driver has the right to refuse to carry passengers for safety reasons.
- If you need to depart before the service time, please consult KKday customer service staff about the surcharge before placing an order and inform them in the remarks, and then pay on site.
- Please note that we are unable to provide wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
- Please be sure to provide the following information when ordering:

Reminders
Please take good care of your valuables and fragile items. No compensation will be given if any are damaged.
Please fasten your seat belts and children are not allowed to play in the car to avoid injuries caused by emergency braking of the vehicle.

If the rental time exceeds the limit, an overtime fee will be charged.
If you need to take the expressway, please pay the actual fee in Japanese yen locally.
Each vehicle is comfortable and clean, and will be cleaned, swept and disinfected after each trip.
Passengers do not need to pay for the driver's meals and accommodation expenses.
If the cancellation is due to force majeure, a full refund will be given.

- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
