Additional stopover fees during pick-up
If there is a stopover request during the transfer, any time less than 30 minutes will be charged as 30 minutes. The overtime fee must be paid in cash on-site.

Overtime Fee
The service time is from 07:00 to 21:00. If you use the car outside this time, you will need to pay an additional 1,500 yen/30 minutes of overtime. If it is less than 30 minutes, it will be calculated as 30 minutes. The overtime fee will be collected directly by the driver. Please pay it directly to the driver in cash.
Safety seat costs
The fee is 2,000 yen per item. If you need it, please note it in the order note and pay it to the driver in cash on the same day.
Surcharge for areas south of Naha
The transfer area includes the southern Naha area (for both one-way and round-trip services): Nanjō City, Itoman City, Tomigusuku City, Yaese Town, Haebaru Town. An additional surcharge of 2,000 yen per vehicle will apply, payable in cash to the driver on-site.
Extended waiting time overtime fee
If you need to delay the pick-up time, please contact us 2 hours in advance. We offer a maximum of 30 minutes of free waiting time. Any waiting time exceeding 30 minutes will incur an overtime fee. If no advance contact is made 2 hours before the scheduled pick-up time, the overtime fee will be calculated starting from the original booking time.

Reminders
