You must present your Four Seasons Travel Ticket when entering the park. You can only enter the park after confirmation. Tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged after redemption.

Please comply with the park's safety regulations, wear equipment during guided tours, and follow instructions.

Please accompany children throughout the trip, especially in restricted areas, beaches or seaside activities, to ensure their safety.

Do not pick up or take away marine life, shells or natural resources, and respect the marine ecology.

Tickets must not be forged, destroyed or altered. Violators will be disqualified from admission and guided tours, and no refund will be given.

This coupon offer must be used within the specified period. It will be deemed invalid after the deadline and no refund or discount will be given.

There are lucky draws every month/quarter on the official Facebook fan page. Please keep your ticket safe for verification of the ticket number. Winners are requested to keep the Four Seasons Travel Ticket stubs properly and contact Heping Island Geopark, where a dedicated person will assist in redeeming the prize.

After using the Four Seasons Travel Ticket, please keep the ticket stub and go to the Visitor Center Service Counter to register your real name. A round-trip ticket to Okinawa will be drawn at the end of 2025.

Tickets can be purchased at the ticket booth on-site at Heping Island Geopark or on the Keelung Airline official website. Please confirm whether the ticket purchasing channel is officially certified to avoid fake tickets.

After the purchase is completed, you can go to the Heping Island Geopark ticket booth to exchange for the four seasons travel ticket with the purchase receipt.

The Four Seasons Travel Ticket includes four entries to Heping Island Geopark, one in-depth environmental explanation of the secret area, and a NT$50 discount coupon.

Four Seasons Travel Tickets are for personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold or shared with others. They cannot be discounted for cash or resold, transferred or used cumulatively. They are not applicable to group bookings.

Tickets will not be reissued if lost, expired or damaged, so please keep them in a safe place.

The Four Seasons Travel Ticket is valid until 2025, and any unused tickets in 2026 will automatically expire.

Once the Four Seasons Tour Ticket is sold, no refund or change will be accepted unless the Heping Island Geopark is completely closed due to force majeure.

Seasonal: Open from May to September every year, depending on the northeast monsoon, 1-1.5 hours each time

During high tide, some roads in the restricted area are impassable. The gathering time depends on the tide of the day. Please pay attention to the daily gathering and opening hours.

Please check in at the visitor center 10-15 minutes before your scheduled time.

In order to create a recreational quality that is both safe and ecological, part of the road along the way has been changed to an ecological gabion trail built by island workers themselves; in order to maintain the ecology of coastal flora and fauna, gaps are left between the trails, so please pay attention to your steps and walk carefully.

The entire experience is outdoors, with no trees to provide shade. Please prepare sunscreen or bring rain gear, stay hydrated, and wear non-slip shoes (slippers and sandals are not allowed; only covered shoes are allowed). Please assess your health before signing up.

When entering the rock restricted area, please walk on the trail, do not push or step on the rocks, follow the instructions of the staff, and pay attention when you hear the whistle.

Considering the safety of customers and pets, pets are not allowed to enter the rock restricted area.

There are many tourists on holidays and parking spaces in the park are limited. It is recommended to leave early to avoid peak hours.

If the park parking spaces are full, you can park at the parking lot around Heping Island (Heyi Road) and then walk into the park. We also welcome everyone to make use of public transportation to love the earth together!

The company reserves the right to adjust the tour route and itinerary based on weather conditions, subject to the safety of tourists and on-site announcements.

After using the Four Seasons Travel Ticket, please be sure to keep the ticket stub and go to the visitor center service desk to register with your real name. At the end of the year, a lucky winner will be drawn and given a round-trip ticket to Okinawa.

Winners must redeem their prizes before December 31, 2025. Failure to do so will be deemed as automatic waiver of the prize.

Purchasing a Four Seasons Travel Ticket is deemed to be your agreement and compliance with the rules and precautions of this activity. In case of violation, Heping Island Geopark has the right to disqualify the participants from winning the prize. If the gifts have been distributed, Heping Island Geopark has the right to recover the gifts from the recipients.

The prizes for this event are physical objects, and no redemption requests for cash or other commodities will be accepted.

If the scratch card is damaged, lost or illegible, it will be deemed invalid. If any counterfeiting or alteration is found, the person responsible will be held accountable according to law.
