If the number of passengers ordered does not match the actual number of passengers on site, resulting in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.
We will not be responsible if you carry more luggage than the specified amount and thus affect the quality of the ride.
If you wish to change the scheduled airport pick-up time, please contact our customer service staff. We do not accept private changes to the driver.
The driver information and license plate number for the service from downtown to Taoyuan Airport will be provided via KKday message before 20:00 (GMT+8) the day before your departure. Please be sure to check the message.
If you want to get off at more than one point, please pay the driver a cash surcharge on site. If you want to get off at more than one point, you will be charged NT$ 200 per point. If you want to get off at more than one point, you will be charged NT$ 300 per point. Please note that there will be additional fare for remote or mountainous areas.
We provide infant seats for children aged 0-4. Please make a note in the order in advance and pay NT$ 200/seat to the driver on site.
Taiwan law requires children under four years old to sit in a child seat. If the baby refuses to sit, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger and will not refund the fee.
Each passenger has been insured with a death compensation of NT$2 million and an injury compensation of NT$200,000.
Buffer time: You will have to wait up to 60 minutes for the boat to pick you up based on your reservation time. If you still cannot get in touch with us, it will be deemed as your voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
