Purchase Notice
- This is a one-day plan. Boarding the Hokuriku Shinkansen is only valid for the round trip on the same day. You cannot change the return date to a different day.
- Reserved seating is prioritized, but due to the popularity of this route, if reserved seats are unavailable, you will be assigned a non-reserved seat. Confirmation of reserved or non-reserved seating will be provided one month before departure via KKday messages, in accordance with the JR Shinkansen seat release schedule.
- If you book less than one month before departure, we will inform you of seat availability as soon as it is confirmed (within 3 business days).
- Scheduled Reserved Seat Departure Times: (Until March 14)
Outbound: Asama 605, departing Tokyo Station at 0904 and arriving Karuizawa Station at 1010 (operating time until March 14th)
Outbound: Asama 605 – Depart Tokyo Station at 09:04, Arrive Karuizawa Station at 10:10
Return: Asama 622 – Depart Karuizawa Station at 15:56, Arrive Tokyo Station at 17:12

- If you miss your reserved train, your ticket allows you to board the next available Hokuriku Shinkansen in a non-reserved seat for both outbound and return journeys.
- If you are assigned a non-reserved seat from the start, you may board any Hokuriku Shinkansen non-reserved car at your preferred time. If non-reserved cars are full, standing is allowed. In this case, we recommend arriving early at the departure platform to secure a seat.
- If the Hokuriku Shinkansen is suspended due to weather conditions, a full refund will be provided. If this is confirmed the day before, we will notify you via KKday messages.
- If cancellation is decided on the morning of departure and there is no time to notify you, staff will announce the cancellation at the meeting point in Tokyo Station. Transportation costs to Tokyo Station will not be reimbursed in case of cancellation.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 5 day(s) before the departure date
For Sawaya jam, on the day of your visit, you can choose one S-size jar of jam from the following options at the store: Benitama Apple Jam / Kiwi Fruit Jam / Orange Marmalade *Please note that the available jam flavors may change.
