This tour is a local tour mainly for Japanese people. The tour conductor will speak Japanese, but necessary information will be provided in written form in English/Chinese. In addition, in the event of an emergency, we will use translation apps on tablet devices to assist you.
At the meeting point, a staff member will be waiting for you with a "Hankyu Travel International" sign (board or flag). Please check the course name and complete the check-in under the name of the representative. Also, check-in will only be done once all members of your trip are present.
This tour is not guided. The tour conductor will manage the tour itinerary (but will not act as a tour guide).
Depending on the number of participants, bus seats may be shared or assigned in front/behind other guests. Seating arrangements for the bus, train, or boat are assigned by the tour operator. Thank you for your understanding.
Children aged above 6 and below 12 years old are charged the same as adults. Passengers aged above 3 and below 6 years old will only be provided with a bus seat. Other meal and travel expenses are not included.
The bus company may change on the day of departure due to a malfunction of the bus or the driver's health condition (we are not responsible for any changes due to these reasons).

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
