Operating regulations related to private charter flight:
Once the deposit is successfully paid after registration, it cannot be canceled and substitutions can be made before the ticket is issued.
If the ticket is canceled or changed after the ticket is issued (five days before departure), the ticket will have no refund value.
Due to load safety considerations, private charter flight do not accept additional baggage weight purchases. Passengers are requested to check in no more than 10 kilograms of baggage.
If the flight is canceled or the airport is closed due to weather conditions and you divert to Songshan Airport, the operation method is as follows:
Kaohsiung-Matsu flight cancellation: trip canceled! Insurance and other handling fees of NT$300 per person will be charged.
Kaohsiung - Matsu transfer to Songshan: Arrange to go to Keelung Port to take a boat to Matsu to start the trip. Refund of NT$ 1,500 per person.
Matsu-Kaohsiung flight cancelled: arrangements will be made to take a boat back to Keelung Port and a high-speed train to Kaohsiung Zuoying.
Matsu-Kaohsiung transfer to Songshan: Arrange high-speed train to return to Kaohsiung Zuoying.
Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
