Safe, secure and delicious food. With that in mind, we are particular about the ingredients we use! We use the branded pork "LYB Pork". It is said to be the best breed among the many free-range pigs, and was the first to be certified as a branded pork. Only a small number of pigs are shipped, making it a rare pig. Its meat is soft and juicy, with an overwhelmingly sweet fat. The melting point of the fat is low at 32 degrees, so you won't feel heavy even if you eat a lot. We offer a variety of menus that allow you to enjoy the deliciousness! We also use vegetables grown without pesticides in our own farm.
All of the dishes are handmade and are our pride and joy. The must-try dish is the lava grill, where LYB pork is grilled over lava from Mt. Fuji, allowing you to enjoy the full flavor of the meat! The shabu-shabu, which is ordered 100% of the time in winter, is made with a golden broth made from bonito and kelp, and is topped with plenty of vegetables and freshly cut meat. The perfect balance of the flavor of the vegetables and the sweetness of the meat. Don't miss the low-temperature cooked tataki and yukhoe, the light and juicy dumplings with plenty of vegetables, and the addictive pork addiction that you'll be hooked on once you try it. There are also plenty of dishes that go well with alcohol!
We also have a well-balanced selection of drinks. Fruit sours, original cocktails, and homemade sangria made with infused fruit are especially popular with women. Our great value courses are also a must-see! Courses that include our specialty "lava grilled" and "shabu-shabu" are 5,500 yen including tax and include all-you-can-drink. The "select course" can be ordered on the day and includes a full lineup of popular menu items. If you make a reservation by the day before, you can enjoy an even better deal with a 500 yen discount.

Japanese restaurants strictly adhere to the reservation time system. If you are late, it will be considered as a voluntary cancellation of the reservation. Latecomers cannot request changes, cancellations, or refunds for this reason.
The Promotional photos are for reference only. If the actual dishes served is different than the reference, please reflect that to the restaurant, who will be responsible for this matter fully.
Dining time is limited. If you're late and therefore shorten the dining time, the dining time cannot be extended.
