Reminders

  • No refunds or card returns once any item has been used or the card is damaged.

  • Exchange your voucher QR code for the physical card at a designated pickup point before use. Once you have collected the physical card, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Validity starts on the day you first use a service and runs for the number of days shown on the card. The days must be consecutive. (Redeeming the free gift, the Taiwan Dragon & Tiger Night Market Cups, counts as activating the card, so keep the validity period in mind.)

  • This is an unregistered card. It cannot be topped up and has no deposit. Lost cards cannot be reported or replaced.

How to Use

*During long holiday weekends, attractions may change their opening hours or entry times, or suspend services.
*To avoid disruptions to your plans, check the latest announcements on each attraction's official website or social media before you go. On-site operations take precedence.

Collecting your physical card: show your QR code to the staff at any of the pickup points below to exchange it for the physical card.

Card validity

  • The card is valid from the day you redeem your first item (whether a ticket, experience, transport ride or souvenir) for the number of consecutive days shown on the card.
    ※ Validity is counted in days, not hours.
    Example:
    If you collect a 3-Day Unlimited Pass card at a pickup point on 2025/10/1:
    ・If you then ride the Taipei Metro that day (= your first redeemed item), the card can be used for 3 consecutive days from that day, i.e. from 2025/10/1 to 2025/10/3.
    ・If your first redeemed item is the Taiwan Dragon & Tiger Night Market Cups or the Master A-Tsung pineapple cake/taro pastry (choose 1), this also counts as starting to use the card, and the validity starts on that day.

What the card covers

Important notes

  • Taipei 101 Observatory: last entry is 8:15 pm and it closes at 9:00 pm. We recommend entering at least 30 minutes early to fully enjoy the view. If you miss the entry time, go to the staffed counter at the 5F ticket office.
  • Tamsui Historical Museum: this ticket covers one visit each to Fort San Domingo, the Little White House and Hobe Fort. (Free-entry sites in the group include the Tamsui Public School Auditorium, Kinoshita Seigai Former Residence, Tada Eikichi Former Residence, Douglas Lapraik & Co., Fisherman's Wharf Hobe Waterfront and Tamsui Art Workshop.)
  • Gold Museum: this ticket covers the Four Joined Japanese Houses, Environmental Building, Gold Refining Building, Gold Water Special Exhibition Room and Gold Building only. Other paid experiences in the park are not included.
  • Heping Island Park: the ticket does not include the restricted rock area or Alabao Bay.
  • Taipei Children's Amusement Park: this is park admission plus a 4-ride ticket. Keep the 4-ride ticket with you to use any 4 of the 13 rides.
  • National Museum of Marine Science & Technology: Main Exhibition Hall ticket only. The Chaojing Smart Ocean Center is not included.
  • Ching-Kuo Seven Seas Cultural Park: Exhibition Hall ticket only. To visit the Seven Seas Residence, buy a separate ticket on site.
  • This card does not cover the Taoyuan Airport MRT.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation is available for unused vouchers within 365day(s) of booking
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
