The round trip Shinkansen train is scheduled to be the Kodama, but depending on logistical reasons, it may be the Hikari instead.

The train will be decided in advance. We will send you a voucher about 7 to 5 days before your departure. Please confirm the meeting place and time accordingly.

If the houseboat boat ride down the Shimanto River on the second day is cancelled due to bad weather or high water levels, we will refund the cost of our tour and skip the trip.

It is about a 10-minute walk from Cape Ashizuri to Kongofukuji Temple. Please wear comfortable walking clothes.

Please note that the train departure and arrival times will be those designated by our company. As tours are arranged as a group, seats may be divided into front and back seats depending on the number of participants, the seat arrangement of the train, and seat availability. Thank you for your understanding.

Please note that room layouts and views from the rooms vary depending on the accommodation facility.

When staying in a Japanese-style room or a Japanese-Western style room, you may be asked to lay out your futon by yourself.

If you are booking for 3 or more people, an extra bed may be added to the room.

Children aged 3 to 5 will be charged 15,000 yen per person for bus seating and hotel facility usage fees. Meals, bedding, etc. are not included, and JR fares are not included. If meals, bedding, JR seats, etc. are required, child fares (same as adults) will apply.

If you are accompanied by an infant aged 3 to 5, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant," please select a room for 3 people.)

If you wish to bring on board the Tokaido, Sanyo, Kyushu, or Nishi-Kyushu Shinkansen with luggage whose total dimensions exceed 160cm (hereinafter referred to as "oversized luggage"), you must reserve a seat with an oversized luggage area in advance, so please request this when applying for your trip (there is no reservation fee, but the number of seats is limited). Even if you are able to make a reservation, you may be separated from other passengers in the car and seat. Please note that luggage whose total dimensions exceed 250cm is not permitted. If you bring on "oversized luggage" without making a reservation in advance, you will need to pay a handling fee (1,000 yen including tax) on the train, so we ask that you divide your luggage into smaller pieces as much as possible.
