📌Please note the route when placing an order. If you get on the bus at the airport, please be sure to note the flight information so that the driver can pay attention to the flight information.
📌If there are changes in the pick-up time or pick-up and drop-off locations, please notify the change before 5pm the day before the ride (through the merchant chat or customer service mailbox), and receive a reply confirming that the change is completed. The company has the right to refuse changes on the same day.
📌Please order the vehicle type according to the actual number of passengers. If the number of passengers exceeds the limit, the driver will have the right to refuse to provide service in the name of safety and will not refund.
📌Please be sure to arrive at the meeting point early to wait for the pick-up. Please wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the vehicle arrives (airport pick-up will be calculated 60 minutes after the flight arrives). We will not be able to request to modify, cancel or refund the order due to lateness or non-arrival.
📌Taxi may be arranged as a means of transportation during the trip without paying any additional fees.
📌If there are force majeure weather factors such as typhoons and driving safety concerns, the supplier reserves the right to cancel or change the service. If there is any cancellation or change, the supplier will notify you one day in advance.
📌According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 years old must use a qualified safety seat according to their age and body shape when riding in a car. If you are traveling with children, it is recommended to book a safety seat in advance. One child safety private charter car, and an additional NT$200 will be charged for the second one.

📌Overtime fee: 5/7 seats half an hour + $250 Taiwan dollars, 9 seats half an hour + $300 Taiwan dollars, cumulative. (Must inform in advance for arrangement)
