When making an appointment, please be sure to provide complete information so that we can proceed with the subsequent registration process. After the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed, and you will be responsible for any losses incurred.
This trip does not accept solo registration from tourists younger than age of 18. If you want to register, please have your guardian sign up for this trip together.
Please note that if you fail to participate or cancel the trip due to personal problems, lateness, etc., no fees will be refunded.
If the sightseeing vehicle is soiled or damaged due to personal reasons, the cleaning and repair costs will be fully borne by the guest in accordance with local Japanese laws.
The cable car may be suspended in rainy weather, dense fog, lightning, strong winds and other weather conditions, and the cable car fee will be refunded. In addition, access to the mountaintop observation deck may be prohibited.
We may arrange the hotel for you to another hotel of the same type depending on the check-in date.
The car types will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day: 5-8-seater cars: Toyota Alphard; 9-14-seater cars: Toyota HAICE equivalent; 18-seater cars: small buses; 22-seater cars and above: large buses.
You must make a note in the Remarks section in the booking if you will be traveling with luggage. Each traveler can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. If you don't make a note in the booking or the luggage exceeds the limit, a surcharge of 2,000 yen per piece will be required
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 21 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
