  • Set up the eSIM on your device according to the instructions in the provided picture.
  • Please note: Due to Indonesian government policy, submit personal data (photo of passport, phone’s IMEI number—check IMEI by dialing *#06#*, and IMEI and passport combined) in advance to activate the eSIM. Failure to provide this data may cause activation delays.
  • Submit personal data via email to operation1@discoveriatrip.com.
  • Personal data online registration is available Monday-Saturday (8:30 am–5:00 pm). The operator will process your data after you send it to the email address. If you book for pick-up on Sunday, online registration will occur on the following Monday.


4. Refunds are not eligible in the following cases:

  • The SIM card has expired.
  • The SIM card has been activated successfully.
  • The location of use does not meet signal requirements.
  • The mobile device has customized settings that prevent the use of some or all features of the SIM card.
  • The mobile device is network-locked or SIM-locked.
  • The buyer is dissatisfied with the internet speed or quality (due to network strength at the location, the customer's device not meeting requirements, etc.).
  • Other reasons after the SIM card has been activated.
