Encounter trouble in the ferry terminal but Our trip become smooth and less hassle bcos of the help of the staff of Kkday. Thanks to the Mr Leo for helping us. He helps us alot.
Thank you so much.
I bought two 16 Asia data esim and one worked on my Android and the other one didn't work on the iPhone right away and we accidentally deleted it. Contacted customer service and they could see that we did activate it and delete it and they provided us with a new QR code and it works. 5 stars for customer service and it's the second day into our trip and I haven't had any issues with the data service. Will purchase again.
This eSIM is very convenient; it can be used in Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Tanzania, so I didn't need to switch between them throughout the trip. While safari in Tanzania, the internet was generally stable (due to the limited infrastructure and the vast, sparsely populated national parks, it's naturally prone to instability). There were no problems in the tent area, and most of the time, compared to my fellow travelers, I could connect to the internet!
This trip to Singapore, Thailand, and Malaysia was so convenient because I didn't have to keep changing SIM cards. After clearing customs, I automatically connected to the local network, and the speed was good. Google Maps, Grab, and ChatGPT all worked perfectly. The whole trip was smooth, and it was great value for money.
