- This tour is mainly a walking tour on well-maintained roads. Please prepare clothes and shoes that are comfortable for walking
- Given the country's scorching climate, kindly ensure you have essentials like short sleeves, sunscreen, a hat, and mosquito repellent for your comfort and well-being
- The tour will proceed as usual, barring typhoon-level severe weather. In the tropical climate of Lombok, rainfall is frequent during the monsoon season but typically clears up
- This tour proceeds with the sea, cliffs, etc. at a visible distance. Please follow the safety rules. Bintang Tour assumes no responsibility for accidents caused by the carelessness of travelers
- Vehicles are assigned a small van (6-seater) such as Avanza or Ertiga for 3 people, and a medium-sized van (7-seater) such as Avanza for 4 people. For groups of 5 or more, minibusses are assigned and car seats are not provided
- 1 person can bring 1 large suitcase. If you have a lot of luggage, you may need to upgrade your vehicle size. Additional charges apply, please inquire separately
- Please take care of your valuables during the tour as we are not responsible for any theft or loss that may occur during the tour. It is also recommended hat you purchase travel insurance

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
