I made the reservation one day in advance, and a few hours later, a local staff member contacted me with instructions on how to collect the wifi. They contacted me on social media about the meeting point at the local airport, so the rental went smoothly. I was able to pay the deposit in Japanese yen. The wifi connection was strong and I was able to use it without any problems. I was also able to return it by having them come to the departure floor of the airport to coincide with my flight home, so the rental was completed without any problems.
Punctual, reasonably priced.
After picking up my luggage, I went straight to the meeting point and was able to meet the attendant without any waiting time.
The ride took about 20 minutes, and I was able to spend it comfortably without any particular issues.
I deducted one star because the car seat was slightly worn.
This is a great tour that efficiently covers famous sites with hotel pickup. Unfortunately, it was cloudy when we visited Tanah Lot Temple, so we couldn't see the sunset, but Taman Ayun Temple and Ulun Danu Platan Temple were both amazing, and it was a great experience. The Jateil Luih rice terraces were spectacular. The guide gave explanations in English, but he was really kind, explaining the history of Balinese Hinduism in an easy-to-understand way and taking lots of photos for us. Thank you 😊 I highly recommend this tour ♪
