— Ticket Use —

  • You can use it at the café in The Veranda and the shop in the resort center. Please note that it cannot be used for dome tents, gondola tickets and other purposes.

— Customers with Wheelchairs and Strollers —

  • The gondola is accessible by wheelchairs or strollers. However, there are stairs at the drop-off point, and the open space beyond is unpaved.

— Customers with Pets —

  • If you have a pet on board, please purchase a pet ticket on site and use the cage. If you don't have a cage, you can borrow one on site.

— Business Suspension Due to Strong Winds and Thunder —

  • Due to strong winds and thunder, there may be unavoidable cancellations. Tickets used at that time cannot be refunded.

— Date Change —

  • Please contact KKday customer service until 6:00 pm the day before the use date.
  • Please note that changes cannot be made on the day of use or after the date of use has passed.
  • You can change the date up to 2 times per purchase.
  • The changed visit date is limited to the 2023 green season business period.

How to Get There
By car: Exit the Kan-Etsu Expressway at Shiozawa-Ishiuchi IC and take Route 17 towards Echigo-Yuzawa for about 5 minutes. Turn right at the intersection with the ski resort entrance sign, and you will find the parking lot of the Ishiuchi Maruyama Resort Center about 300m. Parking lot: Free all day during the summer season (in front of the resort center) By train: About 10 minutes by taxi or bus from JR Echigo Yuzawa Station By bus: Depending on the season, shuttle buses may operate from nearby facilities. Please check the official website for details.

  • Access your e-ticket by clicking 'View e-ticket' in your booking confirmation email and entering the verification code (no verification is required if you are already logged into KKday). Present the e-ticket displayed on your smartphone to the local staff.
