． Children aged 0-6 years old are free to participate in activities! Only insurance fee is charged at NT$50/person.
． Please pay the insurance fee to the SUP store on the day of the event.
． If you are prone to seasickness, it is recommended that you take seasickness medicine 30 minutes before the activity.
． Please follow the instructions of the coach during the activity and do not leave the team without permission.
．In case of force majeure such as bad weather, the supplier will cancel the trip and arrange for rescheduling or full refund.
．If an order is cancelled due to force majeure, the supplier has the right to decide whether to accept and approve the date or time change or refund, depending on the circumstances.
．If the trip is cancelled on the day of the activity, no refund will be given.

． During the activity experience, please follow the coach’s instructions and do not leave the group without permission.
． Please do not take off your life jacket at will during the activity experience.

． The tour will be confirmed at least 7 days in advance. If the number of participants is not reached, the tour will be cancelled.
．If there are bad weather conditions such as typhoons, snowstorms, etc., we will decide whether to cancel the tour 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) and will notify you by email at any time thereafter.

- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
