- Starbucks beverage vouchers are product redemption vouchers that can be used to redeem the designated beverage items specified on the voucher. Redemption does not include paid upgrades or additional customized charges such as extra espresso shots, toppings, syrups, or oat milk. The redeemed beverage items also do not include alcoholic beverages, canned drinks, bottled water, or juice. If you order items exceeding the specified price or choose paid upgrades/additional customized charges, the difference will be calculated based on the original price of the replacement product. The difference can only be paid in cash, physical gift vouchers, or via Starbucks Card/Starbucks App. Other payment methods such as credit cards or mobile payments are subject to the services provided at the store.
- Starbucks beverage vouchers are valid only in Taiwan and can be redeemed at designated Starbucks stores within the specified redemption period. Except for stores announced as excluded, vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and are non-transferable, non-resalable, and non-refundable. This voucher is not limited to personal use. Please present this mobile phone barcode at checkout to redeem (paper voucher samples, handwritten or spoken serial numbers are not accepted). Once redeemed, it will become invalid and cannot be used again.
The redemption period for this coupon is 90 days from the date of purchase. If you fail to redeem it within the specified time, you will not be able to redeem it after the expiration date.
All e-vouchers issued through this service will be deposited into the issuer's trust account opened at E.Sun Bank from the date of issuance. The funds will be used exclusively for this purpose and the trust period will be at least one year.

- Free cancellation is available for unused vouchers
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
