A1: Yes, the official will give priority to guests who have completed online reservations. Please be advised.
Q2: Are there lockers on site?
A2: There are lockers with combination locks available on site (limited quantity). It is recommended that you ask the on-site staff to assist you in renting them at no additional charge.
Q3: Can I bring a stroller into the park?
A3: Strollers are not allowed inside, but you can ask the on-site staff to help you place them. However, due to the large crowds on site, we will not be responsible for their storage.
Q4: Are there toilets and baby care rooms in the park?
A4: There are no toilets or nurseries in the park. If you need to use them during your visit, please inform the on-site staff to assist you and go to the toilets and nurseries in Landmark Plaza from the express exit.
Q5: Can I leave my child alone in the park after entering it?
A5: During the tour, if the accompanying person leaves the park midway, he/she is responsible for the child's safety.
Q6: Can the ticket be used to offset parking fees?
A6: Children's tickets and companion tickets can each be used to deduct 1 hour. If you purchase 2 children's tickets and 1 companion ticket, you can deduct 3 hours. The maximum deduction for one car is 3 hours.
Q7: Where should I park?
A7: Please park your vehicle at [Landmark Plaza Taoyuan]. Parking charges are: NT$40 per hour on weekdays and NT$50 per hour on holidays; NT$10 per hour on weekdays and holidays for motorcycles (a total of 586 parking spaces).
Parents or children should confirm that they are in good health and suitable for using facilities and participating in activities before entering the park. If they have a fever (over 37.5 degrees), infectious diseases, etc., Qiaohu Dream Park has the right to ask them to leave; if parents or children feel unwell after entering the park, they should immediately notify the on-site staff.
Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited in the park, but you can bring boiled water (there are water dispensers in the park, but no paper cups).
To avoid injury to yourself or others, it is recommended that parents and children wear non-slip socks when entering the park. It is recommended that you remove any sharp objects, accessories (such as hairpins, pins), or fragile items (such as glasses) on your body, and comply with the use regulations of all facilities in Qiaohu Dream Park.
