- The "Kakehashi Sumoto Onsen" and "Nijigen no Mori Sumoto Onsen" nonstop buses to Sumoto Onsen district from Osaka and Kobe have started operating! In addition, one bus a day now stops at the new bus stops in front of the following hotels in Sumoto Onsen district: Kaigetsukan, Yumekaiyu Awajishima, Awajishima Kanko Hotel, Hotel New Awaji, Awaji Yumesenkei, XIV Awajishima and Awaji International Hotel The Sunplaza. After crossing the Akashi-Kaikyo Bridge while gazing out at the beautiful scenery from the window of the expressway bus, you will be on Awaji Island already! According to the historical record called Nihon Shoki (Chronicles of Japan), Awaji Island is said to be the first island in the Japanese archipelago to be created. Enjoy beautiful nature and culture, hot springs and delicious dishes at Awaji Island's sightseeing spots.

Nijigen no Mori is an anime theme park located in Awajishima Prefectural Park. In spring of 2019, it opened a new attraction inspired by the popular ninja anime Naruto, which boasts a cumulative circulation of 140 million copies of the original comic book, and Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, an anime series about Boruto, the son of Naruto Uzumaki who is the main character of Naruto.

Reminders
The bus leaves on time. To ensure that you do not miss your bus, check the bus stop (location) in advance and arrive at the boarding location with time to spare. If you miss the bus, your ticket will become invalid. Please note that no refunds will be given and no changes will be accepted.
Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to traffic and weather conditions. Please note that we will not give refunds nor compensate the cost of connection to other modes of transportation and accommodation charges incurred due to bus delays.
The amount of luggage that customers can carry free of charge is limited to ① a weight of 10 kg, ② a total volume of 0.125 cubic meters, and ③ a length of 1.5 meters or less. Please note that if there is a problem with the vehicle structure or transportation (such as luggage blocking the aisle or emergency exit), restrictions may be placed on luggage even if it is free of charge. In addition, pets can be carried in storage cases as described in ②, but please contact the bus company you are using for more information.
Dangerous items are prohibited on the bus. If any of the following applies, we may not accept the passenger on board or discontinue providing our service. (Drunk persons or persons who may cause inconvenience to other passengers, persons wearing dirty clothes, and pets that make noises which may bother other passengers)
If you are going to ride the expressway bus to a place outside of the designated route in this package, please pay the excess fare that is applicable for that section.
Handling of electronic vouchers is subject to matters described herein, as well as Japanese laws, and the transportation agreement, laws, etc. of the operating company.
During the New Year holiday period (December 30th-January 3rd), we will operate using the bus schedule for weekends and holidays.

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 3 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
