- If you need to postpone the extension, you must inform us at least 7 days before the trial date. The extension of the product must not exceed the 20-day period. The shared ride service needs to stop at various stations to pick up passengers, and there are large crowds during New Year's Eve. It is easily affected by the traffic conditions on that day. Due to uncontrollable traffic conditions in mountainous areas during New Year's Eve, if you fail to get on the bus before the departure time, you will be deemed to have given up voluntarily, and the vehicle will not continue to wait and no refund will be given.
