Hualien is home to nearly a hundred streams and rivers, many of which are hidden gems. Along the way, you will often encounter crystal-clear deep pools, cascading waterfalls, massive boulders blocking the path, schools of fish and shrimp swimming upstream, and the sounds of insects and birds. The ecosystem is rich, with butterflies fluttering by and eagles soaring overhead. Beautiful scenery is everywhere; come and experience a wonderful Hualien hidden gem tour during your holiday.
The river tracing itinerary will select one route based on the conditions of the day (Sabadang, Emerald Valley, or Sanjian Stream). In special circumstances, Baibao Stream, Lao Stream, or Miyawan Stream will be used as alternatives.

The activity will run normally on rainy days. If the Central Weather Bureau issues sea/land or heavy rain warnings, the activity will be postponed or cancelled.
If the above-mentioned alarm takes effect during the activity or the coach judges that the activity cannot be carried out safely and terminates the activity early, no refunds or replacements will be arranged.
Late/no-show: If a participant is overdue for more than 20 minutes from the meeting time, the registration will be automatically canceled and no additional waiting will be required or participants will be accepted to join the event midway. Participants who are unable to participate in the event due to lateness/no-show will not be refunded or postponed. If there is a slight delay (within 20 minutes), please inform the coach of the day 15-20 minutes before the meeting
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 3 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
