Umikaze Dessert Sightseeing Train Ticket Set | Commemorative Ticket & Special Meal
2026/04/04
The entire trip was exquisitely packaged, from receiving the transparent ticket to seating arrangements, concierge service, train ambiance, menu, souvenirs, and more – it felt like opening a gift, with surprises in every detail. Although the weather was overcast that day, preventing access to the most stunning views and coastal scenery, the overall sophistication of the package and food was captivating, making it impossible not to capture it with a camera! I especially appreciated the guided tours at the next stop, which included visits to towns and villages not typically visited on regular tours, offering a deeper understanding of Taiwan's local customs and culture. While the price wasn't cheap, it was still worthwhile. Furthermore, purchasing through KKday offered a $90 discount coupon, making it cheaper than buying directly from the website. And if tickets are sold out on the website, checking KKday again might still offer some availability.

Yilan | Chumi Experience Farm | Onion Picking Experience & Onion Washing & Onion Bread DIY Experience

We encountered many groups of parents from Singapore with their children at the event. The environment was clean and tidy, parking was convenient, and the timing was perfect. After experiencing picking and washing scallions, we returned just in time to find scallion bread and scallion pies available – they were freshly baked and super delicious! Sanxing scallions are truly irresistible. The kids had a fantastic first scallion DIY experience.

Last time I visited, there were tents, but this time the tents were removed, and there were fewer children in the rest area, making the camping experience less enjoyable. The environment was clean, with cleaning staff constantly maintaining order. The staff were very friendly, making it a very nice place. I hope they can add more food options for children. It was a bit of a shame that the dorayaki was removed; I hope they can add water dispensers.
