The ticket counter staff were very helpful and friendly, and the ship crew were also very patient. The whole trip was very comfortable!

The day before boarding, I received pre-boarding information and other details to my registered email address, which was reassuring. Although there was a power outage at the boarding location on the day of departure, the staff proactively spoke to passengers, and I was able to board without any problems. After boarding, the staff also carefully checked to ensure everyone was going to the correct destination.
