The staff provides attentive and efficient service; the rooms are spacious and clean; and the recreational facilities are conveniently located. The swimming pool and jacuzzi have comfortably warm water. The location is easily accessible, and there are many restaurants nearby offering a wide variety of food at reasonable prices.

Convenient, with many drop-off points to choose from, great value for money, and punctual departures. Staff provide clear instructions, allowing you to relax comfortably on the bus and arrive in Macau in comfort! Highly recommended for Kowloon residents.

Once the Fun Pass app is downloaded, the redemption is quick and easy. Some trips (like ferry rides) require booking 1-3 days in advance, so it's best to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Airport Express or Peak Tram rides can be used immediately, saving time queuing for tickets. A minor drawback is that the QR code appears on a separate page after selecting it from the Fun Pass app; it's not displayed directly in the app. This could be improved!

Enjoying fresh and plentiful oysters and salmon sashimi with family was excellent value for money and delicious. The waiters were friendly, polite, and quick to clear away the dishes. I would definitely book the dinner buffet next time I have the chance.

The scenery was picturesque and worth a visit, but the weather wasn't great; smog blanketed the area. The sunset was absolutely beautiful, and watching others bungee jump was incredibly thrilling. There were many snacks, but some were too sweet and we couldn't finish them all. More fruit or savory food would have been better.
