The hot-smoked dishes had a wide variety, including half a lobster per person, grilled Japanese Wagyu beef, etc. This was my husband's birthday, and the chocolate brownies for dessert, which included a handwritten birthday message, were a thoughtful touch. The staff were very professional, and seating arrangements were very smooth. The seating this time was a little cramped. Overall, I was very satisfied with this buffet.
