This was my first self-driving trip in Japan, and I decided to try this rental company after seeing good reviews on KKday. On the day of pickup, I contacted the staff to arrange pick-up from Akamine Station. Upon arrival, the staff explained the key points of driving in Japan and returning the car. I purchased NOC insurance on-site for protection. When picking up the car, both parties confirmed the condition of the vehicle. The navigation system was even set to Chinese for me, showing great attention to detail. The car was new, clean, and in excellent condition, working perfectly for five days. Since there were only two of us using the car, the KKday car was more than enough. On the day of return, I refueled near the rental company. Fortunately, it wasn't peak return time, so there was no queue. After a simple vehicle check at the rental company, the return process was completed.
