The journey was convenient, the meeting point was easy to find, communication with the tour leader was easy, and they spoke excellent English. All the tourist spots were covered, and the itinerary wasn't too packed.
I only found out it was an off-the-beaten-path attraction after I booked it, so I switched to a shared 9-seater. But that's exactly the kind of leisurely trip I wanted. The driver was very talkative and introduced the sights along the way. Lake Yamanaka was beautiful. It had rained a few days before, but the weather was overcast that day. Although I didn't see the whole view of Mount Fuji, it was great to stroll slowly in the lake and relax.
The timing of this itinerary was excellent, allowing us to visit three very famous and beautiful spots around Mount Fuji in one trip! Our guide, Yong, provided detailed explanations and was very attentive to time management, ensuring a smooth overall experience. He even went out of his way to bring my lost belongings to me at the station at the end. He truly deserves five stars for being such a responsible and excellent guide!
The itinerary was meticulously designed, covering key attractions in the Hakone area, including Hakone Shrine and the Hakone-Owakudani Ropeway, as well as popular parks and photo spots. The departure was punctual, the bus had excellent air conditioning throughout the journey, the tour guide was attentive, there were no forced purchases, and the pure sightseeing experience was incredibly comfortable.
