Kouri Beach

The meeting point in front of the prefectural government building was inside the HIS company building. After entering and checking in with the staff, you'd receive a sticker to wear so the tour guide could identify you. I accidentally ended up on a Japanese-language tour; the whole bus was full of Japanese people… Only the three of us were Taiwanese. But that didn't bother us. The tour guide showed us the boarding times for each attraction using large posters, so not understanding Japanese wasn't a problem.

The owner was incredibly kind; even if he couldn't reply immediately, he would make time. Although we had some communication difficulties, we could easily use a mobile phone translator. The owner is only one person, but he still treated his guests with great care, even taking us to see sea turtles – so nice! He even let us use our GoPros to record our wonderful memories.
