It seems to be a popular workshop, as we wouldn't have been able to participate without a reservation. Making our own stuffed animal was a rare experience, and both my child and I enjoyed it. The staff were kind and taught us thoroughly. It's a place I'd like to visit again.
This was a small tour group of nine people. The tour guide and driver were the same person. Since the departure and return journeys each took about four hours, I appreciate the driver's hard work and attentive driving. The whole trip was very successful. Izu is truly beautiful, and the udon at the foot of Mt. Omuro was incredibly delicious – highly recommended! Also, the lemonade by the strait was very tasty, as recommended by our tour guide.
We went to see turtles. To our surprise, there were turtles everywhere, far more than we expected, and we had a great time touching them! It's hot in the summer, but we definitely want to go again! The kids were a little scared though, haha.
He was very consistent with showing up whenever we needed him to and brought us to the exact places we were looking for during our trip! He was also very kind and understanding throughout the 2 days we had him. He let us have drinks and snacks in the car also which was very considerate. Lastly, he had to adjust to a sudden schedule change because we wanted to go to a location that wasn’t planned, but he took us there with no trouble! Overall, I couldn’t ask for a better driver, Sun made our two day trip go really smoothly!
I was initially worried about having too many attractions, but the time was well planned, and the nine-seater driver/guide was professional and able to adjust things, so we ended up eating and sleeping well and having a great time!
