Admission to Cigu Salt Mountain itself is free, but there is a vehicle cleaning fee. For small cars, it's NT$100 per vehicle. For motorcycles, bicycles, or pedestrians, it's NT$50 per person. Large buses with over 20 seats are free for entry. There are also free entry benefits for riding specific public buses.

Near Cigu Salt Mountain, you can also visit the Cigu Visitor Center, Taiwan Salt Museum, Longshan Temple, Cigu Seafood Street, and Guanhai Tower to experience the rich local culture and cuisine.

For a general visit to Cigu Salt Mountain, it's recommended to allocate 1 to 3 hours to admire the salt mountain scenery, art installations, and take photos. If you wish to fully experience the park's facilities, participate in DIY activities, or visit nearby locations like the 'Tree of Life', it's advisable to plan for a full day.

Cigu Salt Mountain is located in Cigu District, Tainan City, and is one of the largest and latest developed salt field remnants of the Cigu Salt Field. It carries 338 years of Taiwan's salt evaporation history. After ceasing operations in 2002, it was transformed into an important salt industry tourism destination and is acclaimed as one of the 'Eight New Sights of Nanying'.

At Cigu Salt Mountain, you can engage in DIY activities such as making salt pots and tasting salt-brine tofu pudding. You can also try experiencing the traditional salt fields with earth and tile pans. Additionally, don't forget to visit the 'Tree of Life' landscape at Qingkunsen Fan-shaped Salt Field to immerse yourself in the unique salt culture and natural scenery.
