If the number of passengers ordered does not match the actual number of passengers on site, resulting in overloading, the driver has the right to refuse service and no refund will be given.

The driver information and license plate number for the service from downtown to Taoyuan Airport will be provided via KKday message before 20:00 (GMT+8) the day before your departure. Please be sure to check the message.
If you want to get off at more than one point, please pay the driver a cash surcharge on site. If you want to get off at more than one point, you will be charged NT$ 200 per point. If you want to get off at more than one point, you will be charged NT$ 300 per point. Please note that there will be additional fare for remote or mountainous areas.
We provide infant seats for children aged 0-4. Please make a note in the order in advance and pay NT$ 200/seat to the driver on site.
Taiwan law requires children under four years old to sit in a child seat. If the baby refuses to sit, the driver has the right to refuse to carry the passenger and will not refund the fee.
Each passenger has been insured with a death compensation of NT$2 million and an injury compensation of NT$200,000.
Buffer time: The arrival time will be based on the flight sign at Taoyuan Airport. You will have to wait for up to 90 minutes. If you still don’t show up, it will be deemed as a voluntary abandonment and no refund will be given.
If the flight is delayed by 1 hour, the driver will wait on site for 90 minutes according to the actual arrival time of the flight. If the flight is delayed by more than 1 hour, please contact KKday customer service before the flight takes off or after arrival, and they will re-arrange the vehicle. If you are unable to take the flight, a full refund will be given.
