The boarding point for the Amanohashidate sightseeing boat is right next to Chieun-ji Temple, making it very easy to find! There's also a parking lot next to Chieun-ji Temple, and restaurants nearby, but be aware that they close relatively early. On our return trip, we disembarked at 5:30 PM, and only one ramen shop was still open! The cherry blossoms at Kasamatsu Park are beautiful, the scenery is first-class, and the hanging chair experience is also great—highly recommended!
Our family participated in a day trip to Tango Railway, Amanohashidate, and Ine on April 8th, and we had a wonderful time. We are very grateful to our guide, Mr. Hu, for his arrangements and leadership. My family of three had booked separate day trips, and we were surprised to find ourselves split into two groups. We were truly shocked by our oversight when we checked in, but Mr. Hu generously offered to join our group, making the day trip complete. To describe Mr. Hu, I would use the Taiwanese phrase "fast, efficient, and accurate." He explained the schedule, details, and even subtle nuances clearly before each segment of the trip, giving me a clear understanding. I felt very safe with him; you can't go wrong with him! For example, regarding the 2.5-hour return journey, he explained beforehand that there would be no rest stops, but if needed, we should let him know in advance, and he would arrange it with the driver. In Inee, he also reminded everyone that bicycles could be borrowed and proactively helped me communicate with the tour center. At the end of the trip, he warmly said goodbye to everyone. I also hope to join Director Hu's group again next time I participate in a KKday tour! 😁😁 The day trip was very well-organized, giving me a good understanding of Amanohashidate and Ineko. I wanted more, and my family and I will probably drive there again in the future. The only downside was that two boys on the bus were very noisy, which not only disturbed my rest but also prevented me from properly listening to Director Hu's explanations...😮💨😮💨
