Our guide, Nox, was incredibly patient and polite. His well-planned itinerary saved us a lot of walking, allowing us to see all the classic sights in one day – perfect for first-time visitors! Another plus was that it eliminated travel time, allowing us to easily move large luggage from Kyoto to Osaka. Highly recommended!

Booking ferry tickets online and specifying the time was very convenient. The check-in location was clearly marked, and there were Chinese-speaking staff on-site, so there were no communication issues. The tour guides were also very attentive in their explanations. Overall, it was a very good experience, and the cool evening weather made the ferry ride very comfortable.

The itinerary is private and difficult to access without joining the tour; there are very few tourists, so it's not crowded. The old man grilled the fish perfectly, and our guide, Nobuo, was excellent. 👍

Our family of eight traveled to the Kansai region. We usually travel independently, but this time we joined the "Kyoto by the Sea" day trip, which added a unique experience to our trip. In one day, we visited Amanohashidate, Ine, and Miyama. The sea views, mountain views, and thatched-roof houses each had their own charm, making the itinerary more fulfilling and adding to the overall experience of our independent travel. While on the boat, we saw seagulls soaring up close. Taking the cable car to the observation deck overlooking Amanohashidate, the blue sky, coastline, and mountain views along the way were so captivating that we couldn't help but take photos. Lunch was at a restaurant with large windows offering stunning views; the seafood donburi, pork cutlet donburi, and cold noodles were all incredibly delicious! In Miyama, we also tried Miyama milk and bought soba noodles. There were also many charming little scenic spots to enjoy at our leisure. A special thank you to our guide, Kelly, for being so kind and thoughtful; she even helped us buy donuts, adding a delightful surprise to our trip. She also took many beautiful photos of us, and there was no extra charge for taking photos with your phone; if you wanted to print them out, it was only 1,500 yen per photo, definitely worth keeping as a souvenir. With private transportation, there was no need to constantly check traffic, transfer, or worry about getting lost, making it much easier for families traveling together. This trip wasn't just about beautiful scenery, but also delicious food and lots of laughter, making it an unforgettable day in our Kansai trip. I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to experience both the coastal city of Kyoto and the charm of Miyama!

The tour guide was very friendly, spoke politely, was patient, and was always willing to help. There were so many seagulls and eagles! Shrimp crackers were cheaper at the convenience store. 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 However, the itinerary felt a bit rushed, as the attractions were quite far apart, and just traveling between them took time. Walking around and exploring was a good option. The tour guide was there to provide explanations as soon as he got on the bus, since the group included tourists from various countries and needed his service. Those who are sensitive to noise or who might prefer to drive themselves might find it more comfortable.
