Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance of any oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as two pieces of luggage. If overloading prevents boarding, all related responsibilities and costs will be borne by the passenger.
Chartered car tours within Osaka city: limited to attractions within Osaka city, round trip distance within 100 kilometers. Chartered car tours outside Osaka city: total travel distance centered on Osaka city, round trip within 300 kilometers. ※For cross-regional tours (such as the "Kyoto + Nara" combination), an additional cross-regional service fee will be charged. Please consult customer service or select the corresponding cross-regional package.
The standard service time is 10 hours. For pick-up and drop-off at different locations (such as starting or ending in Kyoto, Kobe, Nara, etc.), please allow the driver sufficient time to be available based on the actual distance. Service hours are from 07:00 to 21:00; please plan your departure and sightseeing time accordingly.
For service exceeding the allotted time due to force majeure events such as traffic congestion, road closures, or weather conditions, overtime fees will still apply. Overtime fee standards: 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (every 15 minutes counts as 1 hour) / 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (every 15 minutes counts as 1 hour). ※Late-night service fee: If the trip continues or the service begins after 22:00, a late-night service fee of JPY 5,000 or more will be charged (depending on time and location). ※Overtime caused by traffic congestion, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will also be charged.
The driver does not speak English, but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. Please confirm your acceptance of this condition before booking. ※If you require an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and pay an additional JPY8,000 designation fee.
For travelers who require accommodation in cities other than Osaka/Kyoto and request that the driver not be changed, an additional subsidy of 6,000 yen per day will be provided for the driver's accommodation.
The driver only provides pick-up and drop-off services and does not accompany passengers into the scenic area.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
