If the number of participants does not reach the minimum required number for the tour to proceed, the tour will be cancelled, and a cancellation email notification will be sent one day prior to departure.
If a group of four does not meet the minimum group size requirement mentioned above, you can choose to change to a group of two for an additional fee or cancel the tour (full refund). A cancellation email notification will be sent no later than one day before the departure date.
After a successful reservation, a specialist will contact you by phone or text message between 16:00 and 20:00 the day before departure to inform you of the correct pick-up time.
This is a group ride and may require you to pick up and drop off passengers at different hotels. Please follow the pick-up time provided by the tour operator one day before departure.
This tour departs as a group, so we cannot guarantee the size of the vehicle or restrict other travelers from joining the tour on the day of departure. If the number of people is small, a minibus will be arranged, and the driver will be responsible for driving, communicating the itinerary, and providing introductions to the attractions.
If there are more than 8 people on this tour, a tour leader/guide will accompany the group. If there are foreign tourists, an English-speaking guide will be provided. The tour will be conducted in both Chinese and English.
According to traffic regulations, one seat is required per person. Adults and children are charged the same price. Please specify the exact number of passengers (including infants) when placing your order. If the number of passengers on the day of departure does not match the registered number, resulting in the vehicle being unable to accommodate the passengers, the service staff reserves the right to refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Please note this.
The free pick-up area in Hualien City extends north to the south of Hualu Road, west to the east of Section 3 of Central Road, and south to the north of De'an 6th Street. Additional fees will be charged outside the designated pick-up area. The fee will be notified before the order is confirmed and must be paid on site.
The merchant reserves the right to cancel or adjust the duration of the tour due to traffic, weather or other force majeure factors.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
