Your guide will prepare tea time in the forest. Your guide will teach you how to put them on and walk from scratch, so beginners can join with peace of mind. Feel the nature on the snow at your own pace, or play in the snow—the ways to enjoy it are endless! Why not fully enjoy the great outdoors that can only be experienced in winter!? We also provide a relaxing tea time in the great outdoors during the tour! We have prepared an experience you cannot usually have!

How to Get There
- By car: 1 hour from Nagano IC/Azumino IC - By train: You can use the shuttle bus from Hakuba Station during the shuttle bus operation period. - Other methods: If you are arriving from outside the village by bus, please get off at Goryu Escal Plaza.

Cancellation Policy

  • For cancellations made at least 7 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 6 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
