  • Children must be accompanied by an adult or enrolled in a designated lesson. It is not recommended for unaccompanied children to ski or play in the snow alone.

  • Skiing and snow activities involve certain risks. It is recommended that visitors purchase their own travel insurance that covers skiing activities.

  • Due to limited luggage space on the vehicle, each guest is generally allowed to bring one suitcase up to 20 inches. If you need to bring larger luggage, strollers, or other bulky items, please inform us at the time of booking so we can check vehicle capacity; items not confirmed in advance may not be accommodated.

  • Hotel room types will be arranged based on the number of guests and availability on the day. Specific room types, floors, or views cannot be guaranteed. Requests for twin or double rooms can be noted during booking, and we will do our best to accommodate them, but they are not guaranteed. Children must share a room with at least one adult; arrangements for extra beds, cribs, or no-bed options are subject to hotel policy and actual availability.
