Children aged 0-2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge, but participation is not recommended. If you must bring them, please notify us via email in advance. If not notified in advance and there is insufficient space, the driver reserves the right to refuse boarding. Thank you. Children under 2 who require a seat must purchase a ticket at the adult price and be noted in the booking. Children over 2 are charged at the adult price. Seniors aged 65 and over must ensure they are in good health for travel and be accompanied by a family member or friend aged 22 or older throughout the trip.

Travelers with the following conditions or those who should avoid excessive stimulation are advised not to participate: high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or pregnancy. If you conceal these conditions and join, you will be responsible for any consequences.

This is a fixed-itinerary shared tour; participants must strictly adhere to the time allotted at each attraction and follow the driver/guide's instructions. If you fail to meet at the designated time, you will need to make your own way to the next meeting point.

No refunds will be provided for failure to participate or early termination of the tour due to personal reasons or lateness. If you leave the group midway, no refunds will be given, and you will be responsible for any consequences regarding your personal safety and property.

Please inform us at the time of booking if you are bringing large luggage. During the tour, please keep your passport and valuables with you at all times; we are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage. Sealed light snacks or unopened beverages are permitted, but eating is prohibited inside the bus. Please note that you will be liable for cleaning costs according to local standards if you stain the vehicle interior. Thank you for your understanding.

Arrival times at each destination may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or crowd conditions, and the itinerary sequence may be adjusted. According to Japanese regulations, vehicle usage time cannot exceed 10 hours. In the event of traffic congestion caused by holidays or force majeure, the itinerary may be delayed, canceled, or sightseeing time at attractions may be shortened/reduced. We appreciate your understanding. No refunds or negative reviews will be accepted based on these circumstances.

Vehicle type: Assigned based on group size. For small groups, the driver will also serve as the tour assistant providing full service; no additional tour leader will be assigned. Please note this is a shared tour, and you will be traveling with other guests.

The guide may recommend lunch options and local Japanese specialties, including regional food, ice cream, and horse oil products; there is no mandatory shopping.

Traffic congestion is expected on holidays, weekends, and Japanese public holidays, which may cause delays of 2-5 hours. We recommend that you remain flexible with your evening plans.

The daytime tour does not include personal travel insurance or accident insurance; please purchase it yourself if needed. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports carry inherent risks; please assess your own health and capabilities.
